   1. I started blogging as a personal challenge.  I’ll continue b/c the reflection process aids my professional growth.
   2. I’ve come to enjoy following up each classroom tested Desmos activity with a blog outlining how it unfolded during the lesson.
3. Creating activities & lessons
   1. I’ve established a Genius Hour aspect w/in my coaching position that feeds my creative side.
4. Building mathematical confidence in students
5. Assisting teachers in reaching their professional goals.
